Our Black Friday 2024 Sale starts on Monday, November 20, and ends at midnight Monday 2nd December.

If I have items in my cart or wish list will they still be here when the Black Friday sale goes live?

How will I be notified when sales start?

Will the sale be in-store or online only?

How long will it take until I get my order?

Lab-Grown Diamond custom order pieces need to be ordered by 24th November to ensure Christmas delivery. Signature Simulant custom order pieces need to be ordered by 11th November for guaranteed Christmas Delivery. 

Do I need a discount code? 

You don’t need a discount to take advantage of our biggest sale of 2024! All Black Friday discounts will be automatically available online during the Black Friday sale period.

Please note that due to the high volume of orders during the festive season, we recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.

🚚 To ensure delivery for Christmas day, all online orders must be placed before 11:59pm (AEST) Friday 15 December 2024.

Every effort will be made to ensure delivery in time for Christmas however, popular items or those requiring resizing may be delayed.

All orders are Express Post delivered, however due high demand in the Australia Post network, please allow additional time for your orders to be delivered.
